"Blue" is botanical archival pigment print, created by using the alternative photographic process known as lumen printing. Lumen prints are made by using expired black and white photographic paper, placing items, usually plant material on it, and exposing it to the sun. After exposure, rather than a traditional dark room developing which would turn the print black, the print is simply fixed and sometimes toned. Finally, image is scanned, adjustments made and printed with archival pigment ink on glossy photo paper.
